From Canberra: (about 3 hrs) via Batemans Bay or Kangaroo Valley (or via the Turpentine Rd for the adventurous).

From Sydney: Via M5 to Southern Highlands and Kangaroo Valley (the scenic route), or down Highway 1.

Highway 1 description (very brief): Go south on the Eastern Distributor past the airport, then through Kogarah. After about an hour you'll go past Wollongong, then Albion Park, and after another half hour or so you'll go past Kiama. After Kiama you go through Berry, then Nowra. About 10Km after the South Nowra trade area, you'll see a sign to Jervis Bay. Follow the sign by turning left off the highway onto Jervis Bay Rd. About 6 km after the emu farm, you turn left to Huskisson (signposted), onto Huskisson Rd.

To find Jervis Bay Guesthouse in Huskisson:

Assuming you've come in from the north (Jervis Bay Rd, and then Huskisson Rd):-

Drive through Huskisson, noting the beautiful harbour on the left.

Turn right at the roundabout opposite the pub (signposted to Vincentia)

Take the second road on the left (Nowra St).

Go to the end of this, and we're the last house on the right. You should see the bay in front of you
